Instruction:
0) Please make sure that you setup your USB/WEB camerea drives correctly
1) Please download/install jmf2.1.1 from http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/index.jsp
   or http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/download.html
   Install it at default directory. After install, register JMF by clicking start/All Programs/Java Media Framwork 2.1.1e/JMF Registry/
   In the JMF Registry Editor window, select "Capture Devices" tab and click the "Detect Capture Devices" button. 
   Now verify that your WebCam be added in the list. Normally, the name is "vfw:Microsoft WDM Image Capture(win32):0"
2) IMPORTANT!!!
   Find the jmf.jar file in the installed JMF directory and put it into C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\lib\ext (if you use different jre version, do similarly)
   Verify C:\WINDOWS\java\.jmfdir exist. If not, create this file with the following content "C:\PROGRA~1\JMF21~1.1E\lib"
3) You can use "Sun Java Console" to debug.
